About Us
MED Asset Management P.C. was founded in 2020, to provide equity capital to replace existing shareholders in established asset management businesses and also invest equity and seed capital in a small number of high-quality start-ups in the sector.
Having built a small, experienced team to ensure that we add value to our investments and provide them with an owner alongside management who is engaged and supportive whilst ensuring that existing management teams retain a high degree of freedom and autonomy to develop their businesses.
We are committed to the long-term development of the businesses in which we invest. This commitment includes ensuring that we support management succession by providing liquidity for management equity.

Finance advising
In short, our clients will list all current and expected investments, pensions, gifts and sources of income. We analyze the data to understand our clients present financial position and future projections, to be ready to work with them on a plan to meet their life and financial goals. Our group set up an asset allocation that fits both client’s risk tolerance and risk capacity. The asset allocation is simply a rubric to determine what percentage of client’s total financial portfolio will be distributed across various asset classes.
